The hotel was going through renovations during my stay but still a nice stay. Even with renovations, the service was excellent and and the rooms were very clean. Could have used more water pressure in the shower. With all things considered it wasn't top notch but it wasn't bad either.
Nice interior updates to the rooms being done! Great value for the price and amenities! Mustafa and Hailey at the front desk were both extremely helpful when I had needs…very attentive and solved issues quickly and had the guest in mind at all times! Thank you for the hospitality!
Decent enough. Shower wouldn’t exactly get super hot. Bathroom in general was beat up, but functional. Bed was good. Breakfast was pretty good. Hot food, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit. UPDATE: The Hampton Inn followed up with me regarding the bathroom. While I can’t up the stars until I stay there again, I was impressed. We will be staying there again. Probably a lot more since our daughter goes to BGSU. I’m just hoping they take care of their rooms now too.
We booked a room here to drop our daughter off at college. It was very clean. The people was very nice. It was a popular for the parents dropping their children off to college. Surprisingly the pool wasn't always full. They had a nice complementary breakfast. And all day complementary coffee. That's was my favorite part lol it kept me going
Very nice place. Currently under renovations but didn't really notice. Gym and pool were open, clean and comf beds, felt brand new. Breakfast was great too. Different food options right next door. Parkinglot is super small. Giant boulders that get covered in snow and are easily struck should probably not be there
Exceeded our expectations Very friendly and helpful staff.Heather was very accommodating. Sami the owner is a very decent guy. He gave us alot of recommendations and was very hospitable. Our room was very clean. The hotel covers everything even small details. Highly recommended!
5 star under renovation but excellent clean. Comfortable beds. Air and heat work well.
I do enjoy Staying at this hotel but witnessed several cars parked under the awning at the front door. They were causing issues for. people to load and unload their items entering and exiting the hotel. I spoke. to the young man at the front desk Kyle M. He was very kind and willing to try to help, The handicap and Elderly people that could Not unload or load their luggage From a far distance in the parking lot. I am very proud of him. I'm trying to get these cars towed or moved from their users. I hope that the company addresses the situation quickly to further take care for their residents.
Nice hotel with clean and quiet rooms. It was under construction during my visit which just means they are renovating and maintaining the place. The clerk was helpful and accommodating.
Rooms were updated and bed is comfortable. However, we were on the second floor and it was noisy. The people above us were walking around past midnight and it was very loud in our room. We could hear people talking on either side of us. Maybe it’s not insulated well? Regardless, service was good, yummy breakfast, and location is close to everything. We would stay again and ask for a 3rd floor room.
